Employee Profile and Master Management

Records employee’s personal information, HR information, leave status, training history, and utilize Word template to easily create documents like reference letter. Master Management is where you define your company’s policy, including annual leave entitlement, departments, OT pay rate, etc.

Payroll Module

After defining different pay types and when it is time to prepare your payroll, you can let the system to retrieve information from other modules and do the calculation for you (of course, with MPF contributions). You can then enter additional salary information using the adjustment feature. Right after that, ask the system to show you the salary pay-slip, bank autopay file and MPF Contribution file, and you’re done!

Leave Module

Maintain leave status for your colleagues. Define your own leave types and annual leave entitlement classes, and let the system to calculate the leave balance of your colleagues. When needed, you can easily prepare leave balance reports and send it to your colleague by email.

Taxation Module

Helps preparing all filing with the IRD. Apart from importing data from the Payroll Module and generate the corresponding IR56E form and e-file, the module provides generation of IR56E form for newcomers, and IR56F/G for terminated staffs. Filing tax return has never been so easy!

Attendance Module

Imported attendance data from your favorite attendance system, and let HRPro do the operation. It automates the calculation of overtime/early-out, and is reflected in the payroll module.

Employee Portal

Let your employees check out their own leave and attendance records. They can also apply leave online, and be approved by their supervisors. The approved leave application goes directly into the system database. Time and paper saving.
